Our Mission The Multicultural Business Student Association will provide opportunities for students of all majors and cultural backgrounds to explore the issues surrounding multicultural diversity in the business environment.
Goals
- To increase awareness of similarities and differences between cultures, subcultures, and genders that may affect business decision-making and success.
- To provide a forum for interaction between students of all cultural backgrounds
- To increase appreciation for diversity and its benefits in business success.
- To investigate the methods used to expand multicultural and gender diversity for business success.
